Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development for VGM HOMELINK, Arienne Martinez is a dynamic leader with a commitment to fostering growth. As a past member of VGM's Women in Leadership (WIL) committee and current member of the DEI committee, Arienne actively champions diversity and inclusion initiatives. Arienne earned her MBA from Upper Iowa University in 2020 with an emphasis in Human Resources Management and Education. In her current role, Arienne focuses on designing and implementing leadership training programs, showcasing her dedication to cultivating a strong leadership pipeline and fostering a space where individuals can thrive and reach their full potential.
