Kim is a strategic healthcare leader who leads operational and clinical teams in the delivery of multi-disciplinary healthcare services. She has over 25 years’ experience in leadership within the health care industry, with a focus on evidence-based medicine and quality care. Kim knows what drives cost-effective healthcare solutions that help people return to health faster with better outcomes.

Kim is currently the SVP of Clinical and Product Strategy for HomeLink, a leading workers’ compensation ancillary network.

Previous professional experience includes: COO of Gale Healthcare, a nurse staffing technology company in Tampa, FL, VP of operations for 2nd MD, delivering expert medical opinions in the employee benefits industry, and 14 years as an senior executive leader for One Call, the largest workers compensation ancillary care network in the U.S. Kim also served as President of Align Networks, which was acquired by One Call in 2013, where she built the largest national physical therapy workers’ compensation network. Her background also includes the Regional Director role for Brooks Rehab, a not-for profit regional rehab provider in Florida and Georgia.

Kim received her Doctorate of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in 2024, her Master of Health Administration from the University of North Florida in 2007, and her B.S. of Health Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 1997. Kim has also co-authored the article: “Evidence based medicine as a strategy for quality improvement” Int J. Public Policy, Vol 5., Nos. 2/3, 2010.
