Ty Bello is the President and Founder of Team@Work. Ty has over 28 years of HME business optimization experience as a sales professional, leader, and coach. He coaches HME owners, leaders, and team members and raises the bar in their performance and business metrics. Ty also continues to carry the bag and logs in over 400 sales calls per year coaching sales professionals.

Ty served as a sergeant in the United States Air Force and was awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for his distinguished and meritorious service. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a Registered Corporate Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
